This Privacy Policy explains how Royex Technologies FZ-LLC ("Royex", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the EYAANA platform and the eyaana.com website. EYAANA is sold and deployed through authorized dealers; where a dealer or their client operates an EYAANA deployment, that organization is the controller of its own customer data and this policy applies to our role as a processor and platform provider.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

• Website enquiries — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number and message content when you submit a contact, dealer or partner form.
• Platform data — conversation transcripts, customer profiles and usage metadata processed on behalf of the business that deploys EYAANA.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and cookies used for site analytics and security.

2. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and route them to the appropriate authorized dealer in your region.
• To provide, operate, secure and improve the EYAANA platform.
• To train and ground AI responses exclusively on the deploying business's own knowledge base — customer conversations are not used to train models for other customers.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing

We share enquiry details with the authorized dealer relevant to your request. We use vetted sub-processors (hosting, messaging infrastructure such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, payment providers) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention & security

Data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized. We maintain ISO 27001-aligned controls: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including UAE PDPL and, where relevant, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing.
