These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the eyaana.com website and, together with your dealer agreement, the EYAANA platform. EYAANA is a product of Royex Technologies FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE ("Royex", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept these Terms.

1. Sales through authorized dealers

EYAANA licenses are sold exclusively through authorized dealers. This website does not sell licenses directly; enquiries submitted here are routed to a dealer in your region. Commercial terms — pricing, onboarding, service levels — are agreed between you and your dealer, supplemented by the EYAANA platform terms referenced in your order.

2. Website use

• You may not misuse this site: no scraping at scale, attempting unauthorized access, or submitting false or misleading information in enquiry and application forms.
• Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, screenshots) is owned by Royex or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
• "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner; EYAANA is an independent product built on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

3. Platform acceptable use

Businesses deploying EYAANA must:

• Obtain valid customer consent for WhatsApp communication and comply with the WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
• Not use the platform for spam, deceptive practices, or content that is unlawful in the customer's jurisdiction.
• Remain responsible for the accuracy of their own knowledge-base content that the AI answers from.

4. AI-generated responses

EYAANA generates responses automatically from the deploying business's knowledge base. While the platform is designed for accuracy and grounding, AI output may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. The deploying business is responsible for reviewing configurations, monitoring conversations and using the human-handoff tools for sensitive matters. EYAANA is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

5. Warranties and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Platform warranties, service levels and liability caps are defined in the applicable dealer and subscription agreements, which prevail over these Terms for platform use.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@eyaana.com.
