Eyaana simplifies customer interactions across websites, mobile apps, and social media, using text, video, voice, and screen share. It integrates with platforms like WordPress and Shopify and manages interactions with AI or human agents. Eyaana also supports processes like contract management, deal closing, ticketing, and appointments.

The EYAANA AI chat solution connects with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and others, while supporting communication sources such as website chat, mobile apps, and messaging platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram). It enables various communication mediums, including text chat, audio messages, video calls, and screen sharing. The workflow starts with the AI Agent, which manages routine customer queries and interacts with systems like Contact & Company and Ticketing & Helpdesk to resolve issues. If the query is more complex, it escalates to a Human Agent, who is supported by the Knowledge Hub and can utilize the AI Advisor for recommendations. Human Agents can schedule Appointments, close Deals, and pass support tasks to a Support Agent when necessary. Sales are handled by the Sales Agent after a deal is closed. All interactions and processes are monitored by Wise Mind to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
