Creating Agents in Eyaana – Made Super Simple!
π§ What is an Agent in Eyaana?
In Eyaana, every user is called an Agent.
You can add two types:
β’ π€ AI Agents β Automated digital assistants for calls and chats
β’ π€ Human Agents β Real-life team members who handle customer interactions

π Step-by-Step Setup Guide
π€ Step 1: Create an AI Agent

Go to Agents > Agent List

Click Add New Agent

Select Agent Type: AI Agent
π Fill out the basics:
β’ Name your agent (e.g., Zia, Nora, or anything you like)
β’ (Optional) Leave Agent Group blank for now
π Select:
β’ WhatsApp Voice
β’ Phone Call Voice β This is how your AI sounds on calls
π Choose a profile picture β itβll appear in the website widget
π Assign a Knowledgebase Folder
π‘ Pro Tip: If you have just one AI agent, give it access to all knowledge folders
π§΅ Assign to a Pipeline (great for multi-brand setups)
π Click Create Agent

π¨ Step 2: Add Personality to Your AI Agent

Click Edit on the newly created agent

Go to Persona and add a tone:
π βYou are a young female sales & support agent. Be polite and keep answers short & helpful.β -
(Optional) Add sample conversations under Learning Tone
π Under Performance, assign monthly KPIs if needed

Click Add New Agent

Choose Agent Type: Human Agent
π€ Enter details:
β’ Name
β’ Phone number
β’ Email address
β’ Password
π Select:
β’ Supported languages β helps with live chat translation
β’ Knowledgebase access
β’ Assign to a Support Pipeline
π― (Optional) Add a Persona and Learning Tone
π§ Why? Even human agents copy AI responses during chats β matching tones keeps the style consistent and professional
π Set performance goals if you want
π₯ Click Create Agent β and your human teammate is good to go!
