Ticket management in Eyaana helps you track, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently β€” all from one place. Whether you’re logging a bug, a feature request, or a service issue, tickets keep things streamlined and transparent.

 


 

πŸ“ Accessing the Ticket List

  1. Go to Dashboard > Tickets > Ticket List

  2. You’ll see:

    • A List View for detail-oriented sorting and filtering

    • A Kanban View for a drag-and-drop visual workflow

 


 

✍️ How to Create a Ticket

Option 1: From a Chat Conversation

You can create a support ticket directly from any customer chat:

  1. Navigate to Chat > Chat List

  2. Select the chat you'd like to turn into a ticket

  3. Click + Add Ticket

  4. Fill in the ticket fields:

    • 🎫 Title

    • 🟒 Ticket Status (New, In Progress, Resolved, etc.)

    • πŸ”Ί Priority (Low, Medium, High)

    • πŸ™‹ Created By

    • πŸ“… Create Date

    • 🏷️ Tags

    • πŸ“ Description

  5. Click Create

βœ… Your ticket will instantly appear in the Ticket List under the selected status.

Option 2: Create a Ticket Manually

  1. Go to Tickets > Ticket List

  2. Click + Add Ticket

  3. Fill in all required fields (same as above), and additionally:

    • πŸ‘€ Select the Contact the ticket is linked to

  4. Click Create

Perfect for logging in-person queries or non-chat issues.
